Bill was born February 14, 1964, in Charleston, SC, son of the late Alexander Hauser Lemacks, Jr. and the late Daisy Bell Moore Lemacks.
He attended Country Day Academy and graduated from Lowcountry Christian Academy.
Bill had a love for animals and was dedicated to working with all of God's creatures and easing their pain and discomfort.
He was first employed at Fresh and Fancy Kennels and went on to work with Piggly Wiggly from 1997 until 2005 as a Produce Manager.
Bill was of the Christian faith and was always doing for others. He had a desire to serve the Lord and held prayer meetings "under the tent" in his neighborhood. He is survived by his sister, Nancy L. Meek and husband William of Charleston; two brothers, Ray Lemacks and Roger Lemacks of Charleston; and numerous nieces and nephews in the Charleston area.
Bill was preceded in death by a brother and sister, Francis Alexander Lemacks and Trudy Annette Lemacks.
