Mrs. George Bryant passed away on Wednesday, October 13, after an illness with which she had suffered for over a year, age 61 years. She is survived by her husband, three daughters and one son, namely: Mrs. Beulah Ellis of the Pine Hall vicinity, Mrs. Alpha Groshong, of Troy and Mrs. Imogene Schwarze of New Truxton and Forest at home. Funeral services were held at the M.E. Church in High Hill, of which she had been a member for many years, on Friday, conducted by a former paster, Rev. Homer Payne of Washington, Mo. Interment was in Mr. Pleasant cemetery.
Note: Daisy D. Bryant was the daughter of John Henry & Mary Elizabeth (Groshong) Barley. She had one sister, Mrs. Ida May (Barley) Sutor who died November 30, 1929.
