Mr. Louis Rosenstein, for some time a resident of this city, died after a very short illness last Thursday night. He was about sixty years of age, and numbered many warm personal friends among those who knew him best. He was the father-in-law of Messrs. M. Schlessinger and M. Lauterstein, and leaves many relatives and friends to mourn his loss. His remains were committed to dust in the Jewish cemetery last Friday evening, there to await the judgment day.
