Services for Eugene Hardin (Pete) Brown, 73, Clifton, TN will be Monday, Oct 2, 2006 at 1 pm at Shackelford Funeral Home Chapel, Waynesboro, TN with Chad Balentine and Ken Littrell officiating. Burial will be in Mt. Hebron Cemetery, Collinwood, TN with Shackelford Funeral Directors of Wayne County in charge of the arrangements.

A native of Wayne County, TN, he was a retired shipping manager and served in the United States Army. He was a son of the late Joe Henry Thomas Brown and Oma Elizabeth Sherrill Brown, the husband of the late Elizabeth Ann Jeter Brown, and a brother of the late Benton, Fred, Will, and Taylor Brown, Mary Melson, Pearl Beckham, and Alta Mae Moore.

Survivors, son, Barry (Erika) Brown, Jackson, TN, daughter, Sherrie (John) Dudey, Beaverton, OR, two grandchildren, brother, John David (Dick) Brown, Savannah, TN, sisters, Jewel Helton, Collinwood, TN, Kathleen Morgan, Waynesboro, TN, nieces and nephews.
