A lifelong resident of Rhea County, she was the daughter of the late Robert Flatt and Lige and Grace East Cunningham. A homemaker, she was of the Baptist faith.
She was preceded in death by two brothers, J.T. Flatt and Jack Cunningham; step-brothers, Melvin Cunningham and Wendell Cunningham.
Survivors include two daughters, Linda Horton and Sandy Finney, Grandview; three sons, Lawrence Brady, Grandview, Billy Joe Brady, Dayton, Jerry Brady, Ocean Springs, Miss.; three sisters, Jean Lemons and Joann Davis, Grandview, June Schubert, Rockwood; step-sister, Mildred Kieffer, Grandview; step-brother, Richard Cunningham, Grandview; 24 grandchildren; 50 great-grandchildren; seven great-great-grandchildren.
Services were held Sunday, Dec. 21, 2003, in the funeral home chapel, the Revs. Mike Garrett and Charles Kelley officiating.
Burial was in Spring City Cemetery
