Major W. K. Perrin

Gloucester C. H., Va., November 29 - Major William Kennon Perrin, who was paralyzed in his office Friday, at Gloucester C.H., died at his late home, Goshen, on the Ware river, at 2 p.m. Major Perrin was one of the most prominent and highly esteemed gentleman in Gloucester County. He leaves a widow, who was Miss Lucy Welford Jones, daughter of the late Dr. Walker Jones, a prominent physician of Petersburg, and later of Gloucester, and three sons, Wm. K., Walter C. and John T., and two daughters, Mrs. Hansford E. Taliaferro and Miss Sally T. Perrin.

The funeral will take place from Ware Church, of which he was a member, at 3 p.m. tomorrow. During the war he was major in the 26th Virginia Infantry, and served through the entire war with conspicuous bravery.
