Of Belmont, formerly of Waltham, February 10, 2011. Wife of the late Benedict J. Buono, Sr. Daughter of the late Angelo and Catherine (Ferlazzo) Cincotta, she was born, raised and educated in Newton after living in Wayland for a short period. She moved to Waltham where she lived for most of her life. Mrs. Buono had worked in the late 1930 and early 40's as an inspector at the Raytheon Company in Waltham then after raising her family she went to work at Instrumentation Laboratories in Watertown in the late 1970's into the early 80's. A dedicated grandmother she loved taking care of her family. A wonderful cook, she enjoyed knitting, crocheting, needlepoint and her trips to Foxwoods. She was predeceased by her husband, Benedict J. Buono, Sr., her daughter, Mary C. "Christine" Beaver, her son, Robert Thomas Victor Buono, her sister, Eleanor Stevens and her brothers, John, Lawrence, Joseph and James Cincotta.
