Mrs. Farrell was born in Clifton Forge, Va., the daughter of the late Alex and Lottie Morrison Garrett. She was a Catholic and a homemaker. She was preceded in death by her husband, Leo C. Farrell.
Survivors include one daughter, Kathlene McCullen of Shawboro; one son, Fred J. Farrell of Norfolk; two sisters, Evelyn Goodbar and Thelma Saville, both of Clifton Forge, Va.; four brothers, A.N. Garrett Jr. of Ormond Beach, Fla., Harry Garrett of Clifton Forge, J.E. Garrett and C.M. Garrett, both of Hinton, W.Va.; six grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be conducted at 3 p.m. Saturday in Woodlawn Memorial Gardens, Norfolk. The family will receive friends at Twiford Colonial Chapel, Chesapeake, from 7 to 8:30 p.m. today and other times at the residence.
