Burial was to be in Welcome Home Cemetery in Grayson.
Mrs. Brown died Monday at Caldwell Memorial Hospital in Columbia after a lengthy illness.
Survivors include one daughter, Mrs. Clayton Oliveaux of Columbia; one son, James V. Brown of Monroe; two sisters, Mrs. Bell Cox of Hornbeck and Mrs. Naomi Willis of Saginoa, Tex.; two brothers, Jesse Arnold and Alcie Arnold, both of Crowville; eight grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
Grandsons will serve as pallbearers.
