Florence Mabel, daughter of Mr. and Mrs James Walters, died of pneumonia at her home, 623 South Eighth street, Tuesday, Aug 31st, aged one year, one month, five days.
Funeral services were held Thursday afternoon at 4 p.m. from Scott's chapel, conducted by Rev. F.H. Vetter, pastor of St. John's Lutheran church. The casket was covered with beautiful flowers. A duet entitled "Asleep in Jesus" was sung by the Misses Freda and Hede Harder. Pallbearers were Amanda Neuman, Grace Schmidt, Mamie Weber and Viola Vetter. Interment was in the Evergreen Home cemetery.
