Mrs. Norma C. Harlin, age 79 of Vidalia, died Tuesday, February 8, 2011 in the St. Joseph's Hospital in Savannah after an extended illness. She was a native of the Glenn Addie Community in Anniston, Alabama, and moved to Toombs County in 1985. She was a homemaker, a member of Lakeside Baptist Church in Vidalia, and a former member of Wellborn Christian Church in Anniston. She was preceded in death by her parents Carl Willard and Bonnie Gertrude James Williams
Mrs. Harlin is survived by her husband Howard Harlin of Vidalia; one son Mike Harlin and wife Elise of Lyons; one sister Ruby Pearl Elliott and husband Bill of New Port Richy, Florida; two grandchildren Christopher "Butch" Harlin of Lyons, GA., and Beth Harlin Erdody and husband Nick of Vidalia; one great-grandson Jacob Michael Harlin, and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held Friday, February 11th at 11:00 am in the chapel of Ronald V. Hall Funeral Home. Interment will follow Saturday at 1:00 pm in the Edgemont Cemetery in Anniston, Alabama.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home Thursday from 6:00 until 8:00.
