Funeral services for Mr. Wade Olen Ardoin will be held at 12:30pm, Wednesday, May 21, 2008 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Burial will follow in the Evangeline Memorial Cemetery. Mr. Ardoin, a resident of Ville Platte died Monday, May 19, 2008 at 10:20am in Heritage Manor Nursing Home.
Mr. Ardoin is survived by his wife, Sherry Fontenot Ardoin of Ville Platte, his sons, Neal Ardoin and his wife Bridget of Ville Platte, and Mark Ardoin of Reddell, a daughter, Denise Hull and her husband Dwayne of Lake Charles, two brothers, J.D. Ardoin of Pine Prairie, and Darrell Ardoin of Bastrop, four sisters, Dorothy Evans and Mary Savant both of Pine Prairie, Betty Lou Guillory of Alabama, and Judy Simar of Evangeline, and five grandchildren, Katlyn Hull, Margo Ardoin, Magen Ardoin, Brittany Hull, and Allison Hull.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Clifford and Edna Savant Ardoin, and a sister, Maxie Reed.
A visitation will be held from 10am until 10pm Tuesday with a rosary recited at 6:30pm, and Wednesday from 8am until service time.
