Lois Elliot, 78, formerly of Ripon passed away on Friday, Nov. 4, 2011 at Bethel Lutheran Home in Oshkosh.
Louis was born in Oshkosh on July 14, 1933, the daughter of Clarence and Elva (Curtis) Leeman.
She attended Oshkosh school and later worked at Braun's Family Restaurant in Ripon for 30 years.
Lois was a member of the First Congregational Church ELC in Ripon.
On Oct. 31, 1959, she married Bernard Elliot in Oshkosh. He preceded her in death.
Survivors include one sister Jeanne Golz of Fredericksburg, Va., three brothers Harry (Margaret) Leeman of Waukesha, Ronald (Jeanette) Leeman of Oshkosh, and Leland (Darleen) Leeman of Sugar Creek, Mo., several nieces and nephews other relatives and friends.
Lois was preceded in death by her parents and her husband on July 2, 2002.
VISITATION: Visitation for Lois Elliot will be held on Tuesday Nov. 8, 2011 from 11a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Funeral Home 515 Mavparty Drive in Ripon.
SERVICES: Funeral services for Lois Elliot will be held on Tuesday, Nov. 8, 2011 at 1 p.m. at Butzin Marchant Funeral Home. The Rev. Greg Smith will officiate.
Interment will follow in the Rosendale Cemetery.
Memorials in Lois's name may be given to the Alzheimer's Association Southeastern Wisconsin Chapter 620 S. 76th St. Suite 160 Milwaukee, Wi 53214.
