Miss Bull worked for the U.S. Department of State for 25 years before retiring. She was born July 12, 1915, at Washington, D.C., and was a daughter of the late Harry E. and Nellie Neff Bull. There are no survivors. A graveside service will be conducted 11 a.m. Saturday at Cedar Grove Cemetery north of New Market by the Rev. Wilmer Hurst.
