He was born June 12, 1948, in Mt. Carmel, the son of William "Bill" and Hazel (Harris) Beadles. On Aug. 24, 1974, he married Dawn French, and she survives.
Jon was a computer programmer and member of First Christian Church in Carmi. He loved life and accepted his place in God's Master Plan. He enjoyed walking, gardening, reading, working with computers and being with his family.
Survivors include his wife, Dawn Beadles of Carmi; two daughters, Terra Gross and her husband Greg of Ridgway, and Natasha Beadles of Carmi; a brother, Roger Beadles and his wife Vivian of Ellery; two sisters, Angela Locke and her husband Darrel of Mill Shoals, and Pat Kasten and her husband Arlen of Hillsboro; and four grandchildren, Seth Gross, Hannah Gross, LaClare Gross and Mackenzie Armstrong.
He is preceded in death by his parents, William and Hazel Beadles; and a brother, Alan Beadles.
