ANDERSON, Ind. — Wanda B. Arnold, 58, of Anderson, went to be with her Lord and Saviour on Feb. 5, 2011, at Indiana University Hospital in Indianapolis, after a brief illness.
She was born July 16, 1952, in Anderson, and was a lifelong Anderson resident.
She was working at the Cracker Barrel Old Country Store in Anderson where she had been employed for the past 14 years.
Wanda was a member of Bethany Baptist Church.
She is survived by her daughter, U.S. Air Force Senior Master Sergeant, Lisa R. Arnold of Clinton, Md.; her son, Gary L. Arnold of Anderson; three grandchildren, Drew Arnold and Collin Arnold, both of Anderson, and Maleina Arnold of New Tazewell, Tenn.; four sisters, Brenda (husband, Lou) Raley of Delray Beach, Fla.; Sue (husband, Barry) Gibbons of Anderson, Hilda Payne of Marion and Virginia (husband, Jay) Saucier of Englewood, Colo.; and brother, Tom (wife, Kay) Gaw of Anderson.
Wanda was preceded in death by her husband, Gary Dale Arnold; father, Carlie Gaw; mother, Martha Lee; and stepfather, Gerald Lee.
Services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday at Brown-Butz-Diedring Funeral Home, 515 E. 53rd St., Anderson, with the Rev. Pete White officiating. Burial will take place at Anderson Memorial Park Cemetery.
