He was 82. He was retired from Combustion Engineering of Chattanooga after 43 years.
He was a member of Boilermakers Local Union of Chattanooga, the Trenton Masonic Lodge and was a veteran of the U.S. Army.
He also was a member of Whitehall Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife, Wilma Warren, Wildwood; a daughter, Barbara Gilliland, Wildwood; two sons, David and Gene Warren, both of Wildwood; sister, Nina Harris, Chattanooga; four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Services will be today at 2 p.m. at Ryan Funeral Home, Trenton, Ga., with the Rev. Craig Ervin officiating.
Burial will be in Lakewood Memory Gardens, West.
