Funeral arrangements are being made for Carl S. Ageton, 61, of 922 S. Duluth Ave., a Sioux Falls resident for more than 50 years, who died suddenly Friday at Menomonee Falls, Wis., due to a heart attack.
Death came less than a week after his Sept. 1 marriage in Sioux Falls to Lucille Wood.
Mr. Ageton was born Jan. 29, 1912, at Tama, Iowa. He was employed by New York Life Insurance Co., Donahue Furniture Co. and the Public Utilities Commission, retiring as commission field man in
1970. He served with the 147th Field Artillery during World War II.
Mr. Ageton was married to Priscilla Hanlon in 1942. She died in 1967.
Surviving are the widow; three daughters, Mrs. Richard Stock and Mrs. Joseph Kirby Sioux Falls, and Mrs.
Michael Williams, West Bend, Wis.; three grandchildren; two sisters, Mrs. Joseph T. Artman, Sioux Falls, and Mrs. William Connolly Sr., Elk Point; two
