BOYER - Sarah YEAGER was born in Northumberland county, Pa., June 15, 1839. Here she grew into womanhood. She was married to Leonard S. BOYER, May 25, 1859. In February, 1887, she came with her husband and children to Kansas. the husband died July 23, 1906. The deceased was the mother of six children, four of whom are living and who were present to lay her to rest. They are: Issac Clinton, of Hiawatha; Wm. Thomas, of Hamilton, Mo., and Mrs. Minnie BETCHER and Mrs. Daisy CONSER, of Hiawatha. Mrs. BOYER was a member of the Christian church. Her death occurred May 2, 1914, at 3:30 a.m. She was nearing the end of her 75th year. Funeral services were conducted at the home by Rev. A. D. BROKAW, Sunday afternoon at 2 o'clock. Interment was in Hiawatha cemetery.. The Relief Corps attended in a body.
