Carl Herbert Knapp
POINT PLEASANT - Carl Herbert Knapp, 66, of Point Pleasant, died Saturday night at Holzer Hospital. He was a retired carpenter.
Born at Leon, W.Va., on April 27, 1900, he was the son son of the late Albert and Lelia (Oliver) Knapp.
Mr. Knapp is survived by his wife, Mrs. Beulah (Gerlach) Knapp; three daughters, Mrs. Arrietta Click, Mt. Alto, W.Va,; Mrs. Zelda Knapp, Point Pleasant and Mrs. Imogene Herdman, Leon, W.Va.; two brothers, Homer Knapp, Point Pleasant, and Walter Knapp, Leon; a sister, Mrs. Sophia Devault, Point Pleasant, two grand-children and three great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Mohr and Stevens Funeral Home with the Rev. Gerald Sayre and the Rev. William Hatfield officiating. Burial will be in Suncrest Cemetery.
Friends will be received at noon Monday at the funeral home.
