Fezer Dies

Dr. Florence Fezer, 74, life long resident of Greeley and active in the medical profession until her retirement in 1940, died suddenly Thursday night at her home, 1622 Thirteenth avenue.
She was born March 29, 1883 in Greeley, the daughter of the late Frederick and Ella Fezer. Her father was the first pharmacist in the Greeley colony.
Dr. Fezer was a graduate of Colorado College at Colorado Springs and the University of Colorado Medical school. She was medical examiner for the women's physical education departments at CSCE and Colorado A & M. Dr. Fezer also practiced in Greeley and Fort Collins.
She was a member in past service of Altrusa club, Colorado Medical association and American Medical association.
She is survived by her sister, Mrs. C.R. (Ethel Wynn) Roberts of Yakima, Wash.;
three nephews, Frederick F., Norman and Harold E. Roberts; two cousins, Alice
Bryant of Berkeley, Calif., and Edward W. Bryant of Brooklyn, N.Y.; and a brother-in-law, George F. Henry of Fort Collins.
Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. Monday from the Secord Funeral Home,
followed by cremation. Friends are asked to omit flowers.
