PEGGY ANN COWART
Funeral services were held for Peggy Ann Cowart, 49, of McLain, November 9, 1998 at 2 p.m. from Jones Funeral Home Chapel in Beaumont. A Security Officer for Pinkerton Security Service, she died November 7 at her home.
Survivors include three sons, Zollie H. Cowart, III, Ernest D. Cowart and Jessie R. Cowart, all of McLain; her mother, Elsie Baker and a brother, John Baker, both of Lucedale.
She is also survived by three sisters, Doris Hutson and Barbara Reeves, both of Lucedale and Patsy Reeves of Leakeville and five grandchildren.
Interment was held at Progress Cemetery with Rev. L. F. Rogers officiating the services. Pallbearers were Tige Martin, Perry Martin, Lamar Stringer, Johnny Cowart, Trigger Cowart and Casey Reeves.
