Opal Hope McCullough, 57, wife of Gerald McCullough, Vice President of Phillips Petroleum Company's Natural Gasoline Department, died at 6:20 p.m. Monday following an apparent heart attack at her home in Bartlesville, Oklahoma.

Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Thursday in the Bartlesville First Methodist Church. Mr. William Lynn Riggs of Tulsa Bible School will officiate. Interment in Memorial Park Cemetery, Bartlesville, will follow the service under the direction of Arnold Moore Funeral Home.

Mrs. McCullough was born January 16, 1904 at Bentonville, Arkansas, and moved as a child with her family to Weatherford, Oklahoma. She received her elementary education there. In 1914 the family moved to Tulsa where she completed her highschool education. She later attended Tulsa University.

Mrs. McCullough married her husband January 16, 1925 in Tulsa. Mr. McCullough has been employed by Phillips Petroleum Company since June, 1925. Shortly after their marriage they moved to Bartlesville.

Survivors include husband Gerald of the home; two sons, Captain Gerald William McCullough, M.D., USAF, stationed at Myrtle Beach, South Caroline; Kenneth W. McCullough of Pharr, Texas; three daughters, Mrs. Kenneth Reinhard of Waterproof, Louisiana; Miss Linda Louise McCullough and Miss Teresa Ann McCullough, both students at Oklahoma State University; two brothers, Monroe O. Mason and Milton L. Mason, both of Tulsa; a sister, Mrs. A.A. Brown of Littleton, Colorado, and eleven grandchildren.

Friends who wish to make contribution in memory of Mrs. McCullough should do so to Oklahoma Medical Research Foundation and the American Heart Association. John Cronin, First National Bank of Bartlesville, will serve as trustee.
