She was born Oct. 6, 1924, at the family farm south of Pearl. Her parents were Bill and Lorena Ballantyne. She attended Pearl School and Dickinson County High School in Chapman, graduating in 1943. She graduated from Brown Mackie College of Business in Salina with an associates degree in office management.
Marge was married twice – Paul E. Stevens and James F. Storm.
She was employed by the United Telephone Company for many years and then was employed for many years at the Dickinson County Clerk's office.
She was a 25-plus year member of the VFW Auxiliary Post #3279 in Abilene, serving as president for five years.
Survivors include her daughter, Carol Larsen of Dallas, Texas; stepdaughter, Patricia Neinstedt of Detroit; and three grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her two husbands, Paul E. Stevens and James F. Storm; and two brothers, Bill and Bob Ballantyne.
Services will be at the Danner Funeral Home with family interment following in the Abilene Cemetery.
