Beulah Mae Bustle, 92, of Salem, died at 12:25 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 7, 2010 at St. Vincent Hospital in Salem.
Born Jan. 6, 1918 in Breckenridge County, Ky., she was the daughter of Forrest and Mabel (Whorley) Weatherholt.
She was a retired employee of Jefferson County (Ky.) Child Welfare Department. She was a member of Old Union United Church of Christ in Edinburgh, and a Korean War Army veteran.
The funeral services will be 1 p.m. Tuesday at Weathers Funeral Home in Salem with Kirby Rupp officiating. Calling will be 4 to 8 p.m. Monday and 8 a.m. until service time Tuesday. Burial will be at Smedley Cemetery with military honors.
She is survived by a son, Joe Walker, of Fredericksburg; a daughter, Peggy Miner, of Columbus; a sister, Cecile Welz, of Clarksville; seven grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; 11 great-great-grandchildren; and two nieces.
She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister, Evelyn Wheatley.
