KINGSTON, N.H. — Agnes F. Wright Adrien, 89, died Sunday, Jan. 30, 2011 at the Exeter Hospital after a period of declining health.
She was born March 16, 1921, in Danvers, daughter of the late William and Alma (Cameron) Clement. Agnes was predeceased by her first husband of 50 years, Kenneth Wright, and her second husband of 10 years, Reginald Adrien.
Agnes was a longtime resident of Kingston, N.H. She was active at Mary Mother of the Church in Newton, N.H., St. Anne's of Hampstead, N.H., served communion to the sick at home, and more recently attended St. Joseph's in Epping. She enjoyed being a chaperone for the Kingston Crusaders Drum and Bugle Corps. In her spare time, Agnes enjoyed playing bingo and spending time with family and friends.
She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Clement and Kathleen Wright of Epping, N.H.; her daughter and son-in-law, Betty-Ann and Vincent Chestnut of E. Hampstead, N.H.; granddaughter, Christine Goudin and her husband Steven; granddaughter, Candra Jean Wright; three great-grandchildren, Mallory, Kara, and Joshua Goudin; several nieces and nephews; as well as loved ones who call her Mom, Gram or Aunt Aggie.
ARRANGEMENTS: A calling hour will be held on Saturday, Feb. 5, 2011 from 10 to 11 a.m. at St. Joseph Church, 208 Pleasant St., Epping, N.H. A memorial Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, Feb. 5, 2011 at 11 a.m. at St. Joseph Church, Epping, N.H. A reception and celebration of Agnes's life will follow the Mass at Legends Restaurant, Essex Drive, Raymond, N.H. Spring burial will be held at Pine Grove Cemetery, Kingston, N.H.
