MULLINS - Lonnie Ammons, 57 years old, died unexpectedly early today of a heart attack at his home near Mullins.
Committal services will be held from the graveside at Cedardale Cemetery here Wednesday afternoon at 4 o'clock.
Survivors include six sons and a daughter, S. T. Ammons, Allen Ammons, James Ammons and Miss Eva Ammons of Mullins, J. C. Ammons and Ralph Ammons of Chester, and Lonnie Ammons, Jr. of the armed forces in Australia; two brothers, Hamp Ammons of Conway and Brad Ammons of Mullins; and one sister, Mrs. Mattie Lane of Nichols.
