Nathan Gibson, s/o David and Mary (Sellers) Gibson, a surveyor and conveyancer, was married first to Sarah (Howell) Gibson and, second, to Mary (Bartram) Gibson with whom he had seven children: Nathan; James; William; Sarah B. Grimm; Mary B.; William B.; and Anna B. Frame. Nathan served as a 1st Lt. in 4th Co., 7th Bttn.,Pennsylvania Militia during the Revolutionary War.
