Kathleen Taylor Funderburg of Grapevine, Arkansas was born July 12, 1943 in Grapevine the daughter of the late Ernest A. And Bertice Ross Taylor. She was a member of Hedden Chapel Assembly of God Church in Grapevine and her favorite scripture was Psalm 23. She had resided the past several years in Joplin, Missouri where she was a member of the Red Hat Society.
Kathleen died Sunday, January 30, 2011 in Joplin, Missouri at the age of 67.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Owen Taylor.
Survivors: Daughters, Sylvia Ann Scanlan of Joplin, MO; Leslie Nan Funderburg of Anderson, MO; Misty Jan Capel of Sheridan; Sisters, Ruby Davis of Pine Bluff; Thelma Plunkett of Grapevine; Evelyn Taylor of Grapevine; Grandchildren, Amanda Renea Jones, David Lee Tate, Jr., Belinda Charelene Randolph, Amber Dawn Horton, Nicole Lynn Scanlan and Chloe Cathleen Capel; Great grandchildren, Stephanie Brato, Jessica Rose Brato; Kyloee Huggins and David Wayne Lee Tate.
Funeral services will be 10:00 AM Wednesday, February 2, 2011 at Hedden Chapel Assembly of God Church with Bro. Phillip Taylor officiating. Burial will follow at Hedden Chapel Cemetery. Visitation will be Tuesday from 5:00 until 7:00 PM at the funeral home.
