Orlan Samuel "Sam" Miller, 82, a long time resident of Jacksonville passed away on January 17, 2011. He was retired from the US Navy with 21 years service. Survivors include his long time friend and care giver Lisa Pulley and her sons, Eric Pulley (Tracy), John Pulley and children John Pulley Jr., Lilly Pulley and Alex Pulley. Graveside Services with full military honors will be held at 11:30, February 1, 2011 at Jacksonville National Cemetery with Rev. Bob Loy officiating. Fraser Funeral Home, 8168 Normandy Boulevard is in charge of arrangements. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Community hospice of North East Florida.
