He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Fay Coltrane and a brother, Robert (Tuffy) Coltrane.
He is survived by cousins, Danny Coltrane, Gary Coltrane, Faye Southern and Gena Coltrane, all of Pulaski, and numerous other relatives.
Mark was an eight-year veteran of the United States Navy. He went on to serve as a police officer in Coo's Bay, Ore. and as police chief in Gold Beach, Ore.
Mark was cremated and there will be no visitation or services. Mark will be interred at Oakwood Cemetery in the family plot.
Memorial maybe made to the American Heart Association.
