Abial Fuller, Jr., s. of Abial Fuller, Sr. and Annis Parker, b. Mar. 17, 1711/2 at Plympton, Mass. He was the only one of six siblings to survive to adulthood and marry.

He apparently is the Abial Fuller who d. May 2, 1796, Æ 84, per the Rochester, Mass. VRs citing the "Rochester Third Chh." records. The "Third Church" is/was located in northern Rochester close to the Middleboro town line and he likely resided at Middleboro vs. Rochester. According to a living descendant, he possibly is interred at the South Middleboro, Mass. Methodist Chh. graveyard unless he is at the old "Third Church" burial ground.

Abial Fuller, Jr. apparently had two wives, both named Sarah, but no marriage record for either can be found in the vital records of Duxbury, Plymouth, Plympton, Middleboro or other nearby towns. On an unknown date and place, Abial m. 1) an unidentified Sarah, who d. Apr. 27, 1737 at Duxbury, Mass., age 25 yrs., 22 ds. [DuxVRs], They had:

• i. Sarah Fuller, b. Apr. 11, 1737 [DuxVR], who apparently d. in infancy.

On an unknown date and place, Abial Fuller, Jr. m. 2) a second wife named Sarah, whose death is not to be found. They had the following children recorded variously at Duxbury, Kingston and Plympton, Mass. and bapt. at various churches:

• ii. Gamaliel Fuller, b. May 1, 1745 at Plympton, Mass. (bapt. Duxbury, Oct. 13, 1745); possibly died young but certainly before 1765 when the 2nd son named Gamaliel was b. (see x. below).

• iii. Sarah Fuller, b. Nov. 26, 1746 at Duxbury, Mass. (bapt. Duxbury, June 28, 1747); m. Mar. 27, 1765 (by Rev. R. Thacher) at Wareham, Mass., Freeman Snow (additional info will be added later).

• iv. Annis Fuller, b. June 9, 1749 at Kingston, Mass. (bapt. Duxbury, Sept. 10, 1749); m. Dec. 3, 1767 at Sandwich, Mass., Thomas Burgess, s. of Zacheus Burgess and Temperance Gibbs, b. May 23, 1741 at Sandwich. He purportedly d. in 1820 at Fairfield, Maine. Six children recorded at Sandwich, Mass.

• v. Alden Fuller, b. Feb. 13, 1751/2 at Kingston, Mass. (bapt. Duxbury, Sept. 10, 1749); d. young.

• vi. Hosea Fuller, bapt. Kingston, Mass. Oct 20, 1754; no further record found.

• vii. Alden Fuller, b. Nov 28, 1756 at Kingston, Mass. (no bapt. found); m. Nov. 18, 1784 at Plymouth, Mass., Mary Ellis, dau. of Eleazer Ellis and Deborah Gibbs, b. Mar. 17, 1758 at Plymouth, Mass. They purportedly settled at Fairfield, Maine.

• viii. Abial Fuller, b. Mar. 10, 1759 at Plympton, Mass.; d. in infancy June 12, 1759.

• ix. Asa Fuller, b. Dec. 18, 1760 at Plympton, Mass. (bapt. Plymouth, Mar. 29 1761); no further record found.

• x. Capt. Gamaliel Fuller, b. Sept. 17, 1765 at Sandwich, Mass. (Sand. VRs), d. Aug. 23, 1848 at Middleboro, Mass., Æ 83 (g.s.); m. by intention entered Apr. 7 and pub. Apr. 22, 1786 at Rochester, Mass., Orpah Bishop, dau. of John Bishop and Hannah Combs (q.v.), b. Apr. 11, 1767 at Rochester, Mass. She d. at Rochester Dec. 27, 1843, Æ 77 (g.s.) Ten identified children b. at Middleboro, Mass.
