Lewis Casby Johnson, 79 years, died Saturday, November 30, 1958, in his home at Mt. Morris. He had been ill a long time. Mr. Johnson was a son of David P. and Margaret Fordyce Johnson, and was born August 25, 1879, in Whiteley Township. He was a well-known farmer and stock raiser. Mr. Johnson was affiliated with the Asbury Methodist Church, and was serving his second term as a road supervisor in Perry Township. Surviving are his wife, Mae Fox Johnson; three daughters, Mrs. Addie Dulaney of Mt. Morris; Mrs. Dora Tabler of Hancock, Md.; and Mrs. Lillian Fox of Waynesburg; two sons, Isaac and Billy Johnson, both of Mt. Morris R. D. 2; 12 grandchildren, and six sisters, Mrs. Hettie McDonald of Los Angeles, Calif.; Mrs. Jessie MacKnick of Tampa, Fla.; Mrs. Callie Stewart of McKeesport; Mrs. Bertha Miller of Akron, Ohio; Mrs. Lucy Keener of Washington, and Mrs. Tora John of Mt. Morris. One son is deceased.
