Mr. Allan was born in Gibbonsville, Idaho on February 20, 1896 and died at the Emerald Convalescent Hospital in Eugene on April 10. He had been a Tidewater resident for about 5 years and was a veteran of World War I.
Surviving are two sons, David Allan of Fair Oaks, California and Larry B. Allan of Fremont, California, and two sisters not of this area.
