Jeremey L. Aalsma, infant son of Wesley and Patricia Huempfner Aalsma of Route 2, Brandon, died Monday at St. Mary's Hospital, Madison. He was born Dec. 19 at Waupun Memorial Hospital. In addition to his parents, he is survived by three brothers. Shawn, Cory and his twin, Jamie; grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Robert Heumpfner of Route 2 , Brandon, and Mr. and Mrs. Cornelius Aalsma of Waupun; and great-grandmother, Mrs. Len Huempfner of De Pere. Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. Wednesday at Kohls Co. Funeral Home, Waupun, with the Rev. Alphonse Broadway of St. Joseph's Catholic Church, Waupun, officiating. Burial will be in Alto Cemetery.
