Betty Jo Hudson, 75 of Conway, passed away Monday, January 24, 2011 at Conway Regional Health System.
She was born March 21, 1935 in Eldon, Missouri to the late Joseph R. and Audra Opal (Cotten) Watt.
She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Conway. Betty was Geneologist/President of the Hudson Family Association, this was her lifelong hobby. She was a graduate of Eldon High School in Eldon, Missouri and Drury College in Springfield, Missouri, with a Bachelors Degree; and Jackson State University with a Masters Degree in education. Betty was a school teacher for over twenty years.
She is survived by her loving husband of 53 years, Adonnis S. Hudson, sons, Stephen and wife Amy of Conway, Joseph and wife Kate of Birmingham, Alabama and Richard of Conway, sisters, Martha, Barbara, and Jane, four grandchildren, Conner, Cameron, Amy, and Abbey.
Funeral services will be 3pm Wednesday, January 26th, at Roller-McNutt Funeral Home in Conway with Bro. Larry Grubbs officiating. Burial will follow at Crestlawn Memoral Park in Conway.
Visitation will be one hour prior to the service.
