George E. White
Final rites for George Everett White, 44, city employee, were to be held at two o'clock today (Thursday) in Memory Chapel . Burial was to be in Westwood Hills Memorial Park.
Native of Nevada, Mr. white had come to El Dorado county about four years ago, later entering the employ of the city of Placerville. For the past year he had operated the filtration plant.
He succumbed to a heart attack last Saturday while in the office of a local doctor for treatment.
Surviving are his widow, Mary White, of Placerville; two daughters, Constance Johnson of Placerville and Elizabeth Van Burren of Napa; step-children Charles Spradlin of Napa; William Spradlin, Rocklin; Marvin Spradlin, Cordelia and Mildred Rinker, Napa.
He was the brother of Roy White of Twain Hart, Jess White of Jackson and Mrs. E.E Maul of Palmdale.
