John F. Dillon, 46, of midtown Kansas City, died in Kansas City May 27, 1991 after an extended illness.
Dillon was born May 6, 1945 at Concordia, Kans. He received a bachelor's degree in mathematics from Kansas State University in 1968. Beginning in 1968 he taught for 3 1/2 years in the Miltonvale School System and had taught for the past 19 years in the School District of Kansas City, Mo. at Central High School, Lincoln Academy, and Southeast High Schools, and also worked at Boatman's Bank in Kansas City for 14 years.
Survivors include his father and mother, Louise and Francis Dillon, Glasco; a sister Jean Reiter, Halstead, Kans.; and two brothers, Terry, Chicago, Ill., and Michael, Glasco.
A memorial mass will be held June 22, 2:00 p.m. at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Glasco, with Rev. Stephen Letourneau officiating. Inurnment will be in the Glasco Cemetery.
Memorials may be made to the Youth Recreation Program, Glasco.
