Washington, IL - Dorothy "Dot" Schenck of Pahrump, Nev., formerly of Washington, Ill., passed away Thursday, Jan. 6, 2011, in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Born July 30, 1940, in West Frankfort, Ill., Dorothy married James Schenck on Aug. 4, 1962, in Peoria, Ill.
Surviving Dorothy are her loving husband of 48 years; children, Teresa (Robert) Wonderly and Randy (Teri) Schenck, both of Paulden, Ariz.; grandchildren, Kristy (Matt) Gonzalez of Prescott Valley, Ariz., Amy Schenck of El Paso, Ill., and Kalynn Schenck of Chino Valley, Ariz. She is also survived by siblings, Bob Baumgarte, Karen Cheatham and Judy Gibbs, all of southern Illinois.
Her parents and one brother preceded her in death.
Dot was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and friend who will be missed by all.
