MESA -- Services for Raymond Devry Phelps, 8, a Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints member who died Aug. 21, 1979, of auto accident injuries, will be 9 a.m. Friday in Meldrum Chapel, Macdonald and First Street.
Raymond, 1021 E. Ninth St., was born in Mesa. He attended John Hancock Academy and would have been in the fourth grade at Benjamin Franklin Basic School.
Survivors include his parents, Deryll Wayne and Donna Rae Phelps; s [sic] sister; four grandparents and three great-grandparents.
