CHAPPEL

Perry E. Chappel died quite suddenly Tuesday afternoon at his home on the East Hill about 51/2 miles from Warsaw, in the town of Perry, where he had spent practically his whole life of 76 years. He was born in Avon, August 8th, 1835, a son of Lyman and Betsey Miller Cbappel. He was first married in 1862 to Mary Keeney of Perry, they had two sons, Perry E., who lives in Perry Center and George W. of Perry. Mrs. Cbappel died in October 1866.

His second marriage was in 1877 to Sarah Rudgers of Perry, they had one son Charles W., who lived with his father. Her death occurred in October, 1908.

Mr. Chappel's funeral was held this afternoon at two o'clock from his late home, Rev. F. E. Kimberly of Perry Center officiated. The burial was in the cemetery in Perry Center.

Mr. Cbappel leaves besides his three sons, one brother, Paine Cbappel of Oxford, Mich. and two sisters, Mrs. Mary Jeffrea of La Grange and Mrs. Carrie Loomis of Oxford, Mich.

NOTICE TO CREDITORS

Pursuant to an order made by Hon. James E. Norton, Surrogate of Wyoming County, N. Y., notice is hereby given to all persons having claims or demands against the estate of Perry Chappel, late of the town of Perry, in said county, deceased, that they present the same, with the vouchers thereof, to the undersigned, the Administrator of the said deceased at his residence in the town of Perry, the said County of Wyoming on or before the 6th day of January. 1913.
