FORMER CREIGHTON MAN DIES IN MISSOURI
Edward Ray Clements, 78, of Independence, Mo., a retired farmer, was found dead recently in a barn behind his home.
A daughter, Mrs. William Moran, of Kansas City, Mo., found him. He apparently had suffered a heart attack.
Mr. Clements was born in Audubon, Ia. He moved to Missouri about 25 years ago from Creighton.
His wife died in January.
Survivors include daughters, Mrs. William Moran of Mo., Mrs. H.C. Small of La Mesa, Calif. and Mrs. William Cunningham; a son, Floyd of Lamoni, Ia; two stepchildren, Virgil W. McLaughlin of Independence and Lois G. McLaughlin of Holden, Mo.; two brothers, Walter Clements of Creighton and Curtis Clements of Highland, Kan.; seven grandchildren and one great grandchild.
