born January 25, 1939 in Peoria, Il., to Gene and Correne (Fry) Wall, she married Rudy Arnold in Marshall, Texas on August 15, 1958. He survives.
Also surviving are one son, Jim (and Tracy) Arnold of East Peoria; one daugher, Jan (and Gus) Melissinos of Glendale Heights, Il; two brothers, Dr. Bernard Wall of Portland, Maine, David Wall of Peoria; one sister, Karen Dugger of Watauga, Tx; and four grandchildlren.
She was the Administrative Assistant for Heartland Health Care Center in Henry, and the former Administrator of Heartland Health Care Center in Canton. she was the former owner/operator of the Sears Catalog store in Henry, and had worked at the former Watercotts Department Store in Henry.
She was a member of the Henry American Legion Auxillary, a member and Past President of the Henry Chamber of commerce, and a former member of the Henry Community Ambulance Board of directors. She was also a member of the FDR CVA 42 Auxiliary. She attended the Methodist Chruch.
Funeral services will be Friday, February 18, 2005, at 10:30 a.m. at Ries-McKitrick and Newton Mortuary, Henry. The rev. Kenneth Harris will officiate. visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday at the mortuary. Private burial will be at Henry Cemetery.
