Survivors include his wife of 36 years, Terri, of the family home in Tularosa; daughter Rosie Flores and her husband, Antonio, and his two very special grandchildren Antonio Flores Jr. and Angel Rose Flores, all of Alamogordo; and his sister Rosa Burrows, of Joplin, Mo.
He was preceded in death by his father, Cecil Bugher; mother, Edith Bugher; sister Evelyn Clark and baby brother Clyde Andrew Bugher.
A memorial service will be conducted at 10 a.m. Friday, Jan. 21, 2011, at St. Francis de Paula Catholic Church in Tularosa with Father Clifford officiating.
The Bugher family has entrusted their loved one to the care of Alamogordo Funeral Home to direct the arrangements. Cremation will take place locally at PCS.
