Funeral services are scheduled for 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 11, at Lamar United Methodist Church for Martha Eula Orr, 87, of 205 10th St., Lamar, who died Sunday, September 8, 1991, at Prowers County Medical Center.
Rev. C. Mack Lovvorn will officiate at the services and interment will be at Fairmount Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Tuesday, September 10, at Valley Memorial Funeral Chapel-Lamar.
Mrs. Orr was born Dec. 11, 1903, in Vista, Mo. She is survived by two daughters, Kathryn Louise (Harvey F., Sr.) Drake of Lamar, and Loretta (Rev. Dale) Ellenberger of Winfield, Ks.; by six grandchildren, two great-grandchildren; two brothers, Guy (Dorothy) Coffey of Lamar; and Alex (Margaret) Coffey of Denver; by one sister-in-law, Alta Coffey of Pueblo; and by several nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives. Mrs. Orr was preceded in death by her mother, Sarah Coffey of Lamar in 1949; by her father; William M. Coffey of Lamar in 1965; by her husband, Arvel L. Orr of Lamar on Nov. 11, 1982; by one son, Bernard L. Orr of Lamar on July 19, 1986;; and by one brother, Kenneth Coffey of Pueblo in 1987.
