Walnut Cove.- Funeral services for Jesse O. Rogers of Lawsonville, Route 1, will be held this afternoon at 3 o'clock in the Snow Creek Baptist Church. Rev. J. E. Williams of Sandy Ridge and Rev. Mr. Dodson of Lawsonville will conduct the funeral.
Mr. Rogers, 47, died at Greensboro at 5 p.m. Monday.
He is survived by his wife, the former Miss Lovie Rogers; the following children, Pvt. Curtis O. Rogers, Thomasville, Ga.; Lucille, of Mayodan, and Colleen, Melba and J.T. of the home; two brothers, Alex and Ed Rogers, both of Lawsonville, Route 1; and three sisters, Mrs. Babe Mabe, Walnut Cove, Route 2, Mrs. Walter Mabe, Lawsonville, and Mrs. Ada Mabe, Danbury, Route 1.
