Robert M Hockemeyer, 52, of 8002 Canary Lane, Indianapolis, formerly of Fort Wayne, died at 9 pm Saturday in St Vincent's Hospital, Indianapolis. Mr Hockemeyer was a native of Fort Wayne and was director of the Physical Plant at Indiana University, Bloomington. Surviving are his wife, Fonda E; a son, Jeffrey; a daughter, Kathleen; a stepson, Robert G Boxell; three stepdaughters, Mrs Lynne Walker, all of Fort Wayne, Mrs Barbara Nichols, Huntington, and Mrs Dixie Puccetti, Houston, Tex; his mother, Mrs Irma K Hockemeyer; and a brother, Ross E; both of Fort Wayne. Services will be at 1 pm Tuesday in DO McComb & Sons Lakeside Park Funeral Home, where friends may call from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 pm today. Burial will be in Covington Memorial Gardens.
