Grace C. Foust, 90, of Clinton, died Tuesday, Feb. 17, 2004, at her daughter's home in Clinton. Born Sept. 12, 1913, in Briceville, she was the daughter of Pozy and Martha Jane Baird Cook. She was a member of Black Oak Baptist Church.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Earl Foust, and by a daughter, Billie Sue Foust.

Mrs. Foust is survived by two daughters, Joyce Foust Cox and husband, Dale, of Clinton and Bobbie Foust Webber and husband, James Q. Jr., of Chattanooga; her son, Earl Levaughn Foust and wife, Nola Norton, of Candler, N.C.; and by eight grandchildren, J. Alan Cox and wife, Lydia Garrett, of Tallahassee, Fla., Susan Cox Artz and husband, Ray, of Margate, Fla., G. Brian Cox and wife, Kym Desantis, of Fayetteville, Ga., Rebecca Cox Swavely and husband, Brad, of Anderson, S.C., Regina Loy and husband, Steve, of Clinton, James Q. "Jay" Webber III and wife, Julie, of Corsicana, Texas, Christopher E. Foust and wife, Sherry, of Knoxville and Melody Foust Davis and husband, Michael, of Weaverville, N.C.

She is also survived by 18 great-grandchildren, Joshua Cox, Jessica Cox and Victoria Grace Cox, all of Tallahassee, Mark Artz and Sara Artz, both of Margate, Amanda Cox, Emily Cox and Brian Cox, all of Fayetteville, Ashley Swavely, Susan Swavely and Alan Swavely, all of Anderson, S.C., Jessica Joyce Webber, Molly Webber and James Quinton Webber IV, all of Corsicana, Benjamin Earl Foust, Aleah Marie Foust, Sydney Brooke Davis and Jackson Michael Davis; two special sisters-in-law, Dinah Cook and Lenis Cook, both of Clinton; a sister, Imogene Hooks of Oliver Springs; and by several nieces and nephews.

The funeral will be at 8 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 18, 2004, in the chapel of Holley-Gamble Funeral Home in Clinton with the Rev. Joe Bridges and the Rev. Larry Pugh officiating. Burial will be at 11 a.m. at Thursday, Feb. 19, at Woodhaven Memorial Gardens in Claxton. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
