The speaker of the Virginia House of Delegates has named 9 Tidewater legislators to represent the House at the funeral Tuesday, February 3, 1953 of the Norfolk Delegate.
Services will be conducted at Royster Memorial Presbyterian Church at 12:00 pm by the Rev LYNN T.JONES,pastor of the church. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery. He had represented Norfolk in the House since 1949, died of a heart attack at his home Sunday morning, February 1, 1953. He was 46. E. BLACKBURN MOORE of Berryville, appointed these legislators to represent the House at the services: DELAMATER DAVIS, JAMES W. ROBERTS, W. CARL SPENCER and WALTER A. PAGE of Norfolk, R.
