MILLER- V. Emily (Peer), 91, formerly of Shiloh, died at 3 a.m., Jan. 8, 1995, at Rest Haven, York. She was the wife of James W. Miller Sr., who died in 1962. The service will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Zion United Methodist Church, 1030 Altland Ave., York. Burial will be in Greenmount Cemetery, York. Viewings will be 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at LeRoy R. Leber Funeral Home, 2290 School Street, Shiloh, and 9 to 10 a.m. Wednesday at the church. Mrs. Miller was born April 29, 1903 at New Florence, daughter of late James T. and Nancy Anne (Wisner) Peer. She was a member of Zion United Methodist Church, York. Mrs. Miller is survived by four daughters, Annabelle M. Reynold of Roundtown; Grace Muller of Orrtanna; Judith Anne Sullivan of Shiloh; and Mary Jane Anastasio of Johnstown; three sons, James W. Miller, Jr. of Shiloh; Rodney K. Miller of Phoenix, Ariz.; and Boyd G. Miller of Wichita Falls, Texas; 23 grandchildren; 43 great-grandchildren; and six great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by daughter, Geraldine F. Anthony, and by a son, Dean Allen Miller.
